We know how important cleanliness is during these times. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff is our top priority at all times.
To offer you peace of mind and protection, we have taken some proactive steps in our procedures to help keep everyone healthy.
We are disinfecting all surfaces more frequently, and rooms after every patient. Staff is washing hands constantly.
As part of this, sadly we have removed the toys from our rooms as it is too hard to completely disinfect them between patients.
We recommend that you bring a toy, book or drawing materials to entertain your child (no electronics please)
New Protocols for
Office Visits
Because our office is small ,and with the increased number of walk-in’s for remedy sales,
patients will now be asked to please wait in your car or outside in the courtyard until we have a room to see you.
  • When arriving for appointment, if a room is not open, we will ask you to wait in your car.
  • When we have a room ready for you, we will call you to come in.
  • Prior to entering our office, please stop in the bathroom to wash hands.
  • After your appointment, we urge you to please stop in the bathroom again and wash your hands.
Again, these are proactive measures to protect all our patients.
For the time being, we will not be seeing sick appointments in the office.
Appointments for patients with cough, cold, fever, shortness of breath, aches, will be by Phone or Video Teleconference only or directed to go to Urgent Care or ER.
Sick patients that don’t have Coronavirus/flu symptoms that need to be seen (ie earaches, conjunctivitis/pink eye, rashes, etc..) Dr. Allen can see them out in the parking lot or courtyard area of our office
For the protection of all of our patients, in addition to phone consults, Dr. Allen will now also be offering Tele-Health Video Appointments.

We are an out of Network provider, which means we do not participate with any insurance company. All patients pay at the time of service for their care. If you have a PPO insurance, we will provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company. Click here to read more about tips and ideas on lowering costs with your Insurance. We are not responsible for any claims that are unpaid or rejected.

Our practice model allows us to provide you with quality, personalized care without interference from insurers, including being able to offer:

  • Longer, unrushed visits allow us to focus on your unique needs, go over all questions you may have.
  • Customized treatment options including alternative and homeopathic medicine and supplements along with conventional medicine.

Emergency and After Hours Care:

We recommend that our patients maintain a primary care physician for vaccinations, after hours call, emergency and hospital admissions.
